We provide unique weekly, bi monthly or monthly Meditations for employees to reduce stress and anxiety symptoms and improve wellbeing.

Regular guided meditations help to relieve stress, calm the mind and body and promote a peaceful cognitive state.


Session include various forms of mindfulness, guided visualisations, deep relaxation techniques and muscle relaxation.
