This course is designed to help you not only feel happier within yourself, but also create the foundations for a calmer and more mindful way of life.

Over the 8 weeks you will learn about stress and what triggers your stress response, effective breathing techniques for freeing an over thinking mind, breathing practises that help you build confidence in yourself and make decisions clearly, and you will join in a variety of Meditation and mindfulness practices.
