Inner Wisdom Meditation Class

Meditation is a breathing practice designed for relaxation, that helps you focus your awareness.

 

All our catch up recordings have been recorded from within Choose You Yoga Studio in West Lothian during a live class, and last approximately 45 minutes. You may find it helpful to enjoy these recordings whilst seated, following our guided Meditation in your own way.

Sunday Night Stress Release

Our Sunday Night Stress Release classes use a blend of mindfulness, meditation, deep relaxation and self hypnosis techniques to help you relax deeply during the session and feel refreshed and energised for weeks to come.

All recordings are made during the live classes at Choose You Yoga in West Lothian and are approximately 45 minutes. You can enjoy this recording seated comfortably, or lying down somewhere warm and comfortable, and always followi the guiding instructions as best you can, helping yourself to deeply relax.
