Positive affirmations, are a wonderful way of healing emotionally. It takes a little courage, because for many of us we don’t practice speaking to ourselves or about ourselves in a positive and loving way. Many people enjoy meditating with positive affirmations and simply breathing them through the body, or repeating them in the mind as a mantra and allowing the words and feelings to develop.
